Continuing the Tradition of Giftware Sales Excellence CGTA is pleased to announce the development of a new division: Sales Rep Support Services (SRSS). Developed in the fall of 2006 to answer the needs of independent sales reps in the Canadian giftware industry, CGTA is pleased to build on the programs developed by the former Giftware Representatives Association of Canada (GRAC).
We are excited to be able to provide a portfolio of opportunities exclusive to Rep subscribers. Independent Sales Reps will have access to many of the original benefits of the former GRAC and new tools and resources developed by CGTA.

CGTA's Online Rep Locator The Rep Locater search engine is an exclusive benefit for Sales Rep subscribers and for CGTA members looking to find new reps. Replacing the printed version of the Registry of Professional Sales Representatives in the Canadian Gift and Tableware Industry, this online tool will provide you with the opportunity to promote yourself 24/7.
Our search engine allows CGTA members to source reps in the traditional way provided by the Registry (territories), but now offers the flexibility to search by Company Name, Principles Name, Lines Represented, Accounts Serviced and much more.
Rep subscribers will also be able to add notes to their records that members will see - a perfect way to advertise yourself and your company, manage your classified ads posted to CGTA's classified section Reps Looking, and handle your industry news and information accounts.

- MarketPulse
Since 2003 MarketPulse has provided the giftware industry with information on best selling categories, what's trending up and what's trending down, price point and other market related data. MarketPulse is based on responses from giftware retailers across Canada.
- SalesPulse
SalesPulse is a web-based survey sent to thousands of retailers to gauge sales, inventory and margin trends for the current quarter vs. a year ago. SalesPulse also asks retailers for their view on the next quarter's sales vs. the same quarter a year ago.
- Educational Seminars
CGTA provides no cost or low cost activities and educational events to help industry members improve their operations. These include complimentary regional conferences and thought provoking presentations and debates on issues critical to the industry.
- CGTA Annual Golf Tournaments - ON, QC & BC
In May and June of each year, hundreds of members, retail guests, benefit and service providers attend one or more of three annual CGTA golf tournaments. These relaxing golf days provide a business as well as social networking forum.
